Performance Auto Collision utilizes a rigorous Quality Control process for every repair they perform. After each vehicle has been thoroughly detailed, inside and out, for delivery, it goes to our “QC Row.” Read more below to learn about our process, part of our method for delivering an “invisible” repair.

QC Row is our name for a section of our facility dedicated to Quality Control. At Performance Auto Collision, an entire team of Quality Control experts is dedicated to making sure every repair that goes out our door is correct, and of the highest quality.

We Check Your Repair Estimate, Line By Line

They take your repair estimate and go through, line by line, checking every procedure that was performed. They will also perform a complete check of all mechanical systems, checking all fluids, computer systems, and dashboard indicators. Water testing is performed to ensure there are no leaks anywhere in the vehicle, ensuring the fit and finish of all structural components. Every aspect of the detail is scrutinized, and if we find a smudge or dirt, your vehicle goes back to detail.


For a major repair, we may even have your vehicle in Quality Control for 2 or 3 days because we know that you expect your car to be restored to pre-accident condition. Each Quality Control professional will then sign off on your vehicle to approve delivery, and if any problems are found, that person is held accountable.
